Connie Boehman, APRN, MSN, NP-C is an experienced and dedicated nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background delivering compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple healthcare settings. She is known for her empathetic approach, thorough care management, and strong commitment to helping patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their treatment.
Inspired to pursue nursing after watching her grandmother face a terminal illness, Connie’s primary focus is on evidence-based practice and individualized patient care. She works closely with the medical team to build lasting relationships with patients while helping them achieve optimal health outcomes.
Outside of her professional work, Connie enjoys spending time with her family, visiting antique stores, and traveling.
